Training simulation is strongest where real-world practice is expensive, rare, risky, hard to observe or difficult to repeat. XR gives people room to try, fail, repeat and talk about what happened.
The build still needs discipline: clear learning outcomes, believable scenarios, meaningful feedback and a level of fidelity that serves the task rather than inflating the budget. A good simulation does not need to model everything. It needs to model the right things.
